Privacy Policy

OneWallet is non-custodial. We do not collect, store, or transmit your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet balances. Your keys stay on your device.

1. What we don't collect

As a non-custodial wallet, we explicitly do not collect:

Private keys or seed phrases
Wallet balances or transaction history
Personal identification documents
Social security numbers or government IDs

2. What we may collect

When you visit our website (1wallet.uno), we may collect:

Anonymous analytics: Page views, referral source, device type, browser. No personal identifiers.
Error reports: Crash logs that help us fix bugs. These contain no wallet data.
Presale transactions: Blockchain transactions are public by nature. When you purchase OWT, the transaction is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain.

3. If you join a waitlist

The website has two optional forms: one to be notified about the presale, and one for the developer suite waitlist. If you submit either, we store:

The email address you entered
Which form you used, and the date and time you used it
Your IP address and browser user agent

We use this only to contact you about the thing you signed up for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties. To have your entry deleted, email hello@1wallet.uno and we will remove it.

4. Third-party services

OneWallet integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

CoinGecko: Price data API
LI.FI: Bridge aggregation
DEX protocols: On-chain swaps
RPC providers: Blockchain data access

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services.

5. Local storage

The OneWallet app stores encrypted wallet data locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption. This data never leaves your device. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app without backing up your seed phrase, your wallet data is permanently lost.

6. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies for basic functionality (e.g., remembering your theme preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

OneWallet is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
