By using OneWallet ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OneWallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows users to manage digital assets across multiple blockchains. The Service includes token swaps, cross-chain bridges, trading features, and related tools.
OneWallet is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet security. We do not store, access, or control your funds. Loss of your seed phrase means permanent loss of access to your assets.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.

OWT is a utility token used within the OneWallet platform. Purchasing OWT does not constitute an investment contract or security. OWT tokens carry no guaranteed return and their value may fluctuate. Token purchases may be subject to jurisdictional restrictions.
OneWallet integrates with third-party DEXes, bridges, oracles, and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Use of these integrations is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of market data. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk of loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneWallet and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of funds, trading losses, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading features are informational tools. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or website.
